Dundee United have rejected a further bid from Rangers for striker David Goodwillie.

Blackpool are another of a host of clubs casting envious eyes towards the 22-year-old marksman who scored nineteen times last season.

The Tangerines had previously turned down a £1m offer from Rangers for Goodwillie, who together with his agent will meet United chairman Stephen Thompson today.

Meanwhile, Blackpool chairman Karl Oyston is understood to have already held talks with Thompson and a £2m bid meeting his valuation could be imminent from them.
