Dundee United face their final away game of the season when travelling to SPL title favourites Rangers. The Ibrox club are currently one-point clear of rivals Celtic at the top of the table with just two games of the season remaining. Their visitors completed a splendid 3-2 victory at the same venue at the beginning of last month, although Rangers swiftly gained revenge with an emphatic 4-0 win at Tannadice in the return fixture a couple of weeks later.

Vital Quotes:

“We approached the previous two games very well and we started at a very high tempo and the teams haven’t coped with that,” Rangers defender Steven Whittaker told BBC Scotland. “We look to do the same in the last two games as well. We are playing well at the moment, we have good motivation and a good incentive there to keep going and win the title.”

“At this stage of the season we have to win if we want to try and get third place,” Dundee United manager Peter Houston told BBC Scotland. “We’ll go to Ibrox going to try to win the match – we always try and win every game we play in and tomorrow’s no different. It will be an open game. We go for it. Sometimes it goes for you, sometimes it doesn’t.”
