Having reviewed all the evidence, the Club is claiming wrongful dismissal and now awaits further advice from the SFA.
The SFA has now acknowledged the claim for wrongful dismissal in respect of the sending off of Barry Robson and confirmed that the appeal will be held next week. Accordingly Robson is now available for selection against Motherwell on Saturday.
