Dundee United are still level going into their play-off final second-leg at Hamilton Academical.

That’s despite having striker Simon Murray sent-off after receiving a second yellow card for simulation with thirteen minutes remaining.

The 25-year-old marksman was though clearly fouled inside the area by Accies’ defender Scott McMann and should instead have been awarded a penalty.

The Tangerines have since appealed over the decision, meaning Murray remains eligible for the return on Sunday afternoon.
