Dundee United captain Barry Robson should be in the Scotland squad, that’s according to supporters who voted in a poll on ArabFC.net last week…
Since the arrival of Craig Levein in November, Barry Robson has flourished in the United squad and has been the club’s most important player.
Recent speculation is linking the 28-year-old midfielder with a full Scotland call-up, but many United supporters are wondering if Robson would have been called up much sooner if he was a Rangers or Celtic player.
Although, there is the argument that a Scotland call-up could have a negative affect on Robson, because he may not give Dundee United his full concentration if an International appearance is just around the corner.
In the poll on ArabFC.net, a staggering 79% supported a call-up for the former Caley Thistle and Rangers youth player – with a miserable minority of just 19% voting against it.
Should Barry Robson be called-up to the Scotland squad?
79% = Yes
19% = No
