Manager Csaba Laszlo says former table-toppers Dundee United definitely haven’t conceded the title yet.

The Tangerines visit second-placed Livingston on Friday evening having recently slipped fourteen points behind clear Championship leaders St Mirren, although with now three games in hand.

And a victory at the expense of their West Lothian hosts would draw those two clubs level despite United currently playing a couple of fewer games.

However, Livi already hammered Saints 4-1 at the weekend, even though initially falling behind early on.

“If people think the league is gone, let them – I’ll just concentrate on us,” Laszlo told the Dundee Courier. “I am realistic and for us to win 14 games in a row is a big thing to ask. If we won 14 then we would win the league but that might not happen.

“Other teams will drop points – I am sure of that – and if this happens then we can make the most of it,” he added. “We know we have three massive games coming up now. If we can take the nine points from these games then after that we can see how the league table is looking.”
