Dundee United are hosting Falkirk at Tannadice on Sunday afternoon (kick-off 3.00pm).

The Tangerines are bidding for a third straight league victory following recent triumphs against both Dumbarton and St Mirren moving them back up to second in the Championship table.

And it’s sure to be a much-changed team to that which surprisingly lost 2-1 at home to Crusaders in the Irn-Bru Cup last week, as newly-appointed manager Csaba Laszlo takes charge of his first league fixture.

“You have to respect every single team and I saw Falkirk play in the Challenge Cup game against Inverness and they look better than their league position shows,” he told the Dundee Courier. “You definitely can’t go out thinking that you are playing against the second-bottom team in the league.

“You need to remember that you are playing against a big club,” Laszlo warned. “They are a strong side that also wants to go up from this division so for that reason it will be a tough game.”
