Defender deal done

Dundee United have announced the signing of defender Bilel Mohsni until the end of the season.

The 30-year-old Frenchman has already been training with the Tangerines over the previous three weeks.

And with his international clearance now confirmed, Mohsni should go straight in the squad for the weekend arrival of Dunfermline.

“Bilel is someone who can add aggression to our team,” manager Csaba Laszlo told United’s official website. “He will win headers in both boxes. It has been frustrating having to wait for clearance but I am happy it is now all clear.”

Tunisian international Mohsni includes earlier spells with Rangers and Southend.
